Rancher owned. American owned. The only one.
Find the best price for your livestock.
Where to sell. When to sell. Why.
And we're just getting started.
642 health conditions. One collar. Rolling out free updates for every collar, every month. Friend group alerts. Lambing detection. Lameness. Cast sheep. Starting in beta now. 642 is where we're headed.
Built by a first-generation rancher
running one of the largest
regenerative hair sheep operations
in North America.
Unapologetically Rancher Owned.
Your dog protects your flock.
It's time you protect your dog.
We're the first to admit...
This might not be for you.
If your dog sleeps on your couch, eats from a bowl in your kitchen, and walks on a leash around the block, then this isn't your collar. If your dog has never been further than the backyard, save your $349.
But if your dog sleeps in a blizzard with your sheep and goats. If he chases a coyote to the county line at 3 AM and you don't know where he is. If he works harder than anyone on your payroll and has never asked for a day off. If you have people moving in around you who don't understand how valuable your guardian dog is, then this is for you.
$349. Solar powered. Nothing to charge. Ever.
The phone call.
You're at dinner. You're on vacation. You're two hours from home. Your phone rings and your stomach drops before you look at the screen.
The neighbor.
Your dog in their yard. Their chickens. Their calves. One conversation turns into a threat. One threat turns into a lawyer.
The sheriff.
A knock on your door. New neighbors don't like livestock. A fine. And a deputy who won't chase your dog twice.
The young dog.
Eleven months of training. He became your friend. Then one morning, he starts playing too hard with lambs. A couple dead lambs. And a dog that doesn't know what he did wrong.
The highway.
One set of headlights. One dog in the wrong place. Your guardian and 6 years of friendship. Gone before sunrise.
Every one of these
is preventable.
Built by a first-generation rancher running one of the largest regenerative hair sheep operations in North America. Not by venture capital from Norway and New Zealand whose investors can't tell a sheep from a goat.
Step 1
Put it on.
Solar-powered collar goes on your dog in under a minute. No tools. No base station. No WiFi. Put it on once and never touch it again.
Step 2
Draw the line.
Open the app. Trace your boundaries. Move them tomorrow if you need to. From your truck. From the couch. From Hawaii.
Step 3
Walk away.
Most dogs learn the boundary within days. The collar handles the rest. You get your life back.
Leave your ranch
without the worry.
Their battery life
1–2 days
*Under normal usage conditions.
Your whole operation.
One screen.
Draw a boundary. Move pastures in seconds. See your dog right now. Built for a rancher, not a Norway designer.
Know before it's a problem.
Boundary breach. Activity change. Health alert. StayTrack is your dog's Guardian Angel. Always watching. Always on.
Powered by the sun.
Solar panels face the sky. Charges through clouds, Minnesota winters, and Texas summers. Put it on once. Never plug anything in.
Works where you ranch.
Cell signal? StayTrack connects. Spotty service? Collars talk to each other up to a quarter mile and find their own way online. No service at all? Your phone connects directly up to 1,000 feet. Boundaries are saved on the collar. If every tower in the county goes dark, your dog still stays home.
Built for the pasture.
Not the porch.
-40°F. Waterproof. A decade on a working dog in conditions that destroy everything else. This is not a pet store collar.
*Under normal usage conditions.
A year of StayTrack costs less than one lamb.
$14.99/mo. That's it. One lamb at market covers the entire year. One predation event costs ten times that. One liability claim costs a hundred. The math isn't close.
And we're just getting started. Health monitoring. Behavior detection in case your dog is playing too rough with lambs. All included. All free updates for every collar.

Built to Outlast the Warranty
Every electronics company is required to stand behind their product for one year. We do. But we didn’t build a one-year product. We built a 10+ year product. Thousands of battery cycles. Charges below -20°F when theirs stops at 32°F. IP68 sealed. 4× the solar harvest of competitors. Battery chemistry that can’t catch fire, can’t degrade from cold charging, and can’t quit. We don’t extend our warranty because our engineering is the warranty. If you need a 5-year guarantee to feel safe, the other guys aren’t sold out.
And if you do break something?
Solar panels take a beating. Brush, rocks, fence posts — it happens. Our panels are ETFE-coated and scratch-resistant, but we’re ranchers, not optimists. If a panel cracks, you don’t send the collar back. You don’t wait 3 weeks. You heat it up, pop the old panel out, press the new one in, and you’re back in the pasture. 60 seconds. Spring contacts — no tools, no technician. Replacement panels cost $10. Their collar can go back to the factory 4,000+ miles away.
Yours never leaves the ranch.

follows three rules.
Sell at a price that's stupid to say no.
A StayTrack subscription costs less than one lamb. A year of FlockTrack costs less than one blowout into your winter stockpile. If the price doesn't make you feel dumb for not buying, we priced it wrong.
Help ranchers make more profit per acre.
Intensive grazing + our collars = double the stocking rate compared to set stocked pastures. No more hiring extra hands. No more mornings ruined by tangled polywire. Every paddock moved in seconds instead of an afternoon. More grass. More lambs. More revenue. Same acres.
Be your livestock's guardian angel.
The collar sees what you can't. 642 health conditions. That's where we're headed. Lambing detection. Lameness. Predator scatter. Starting in beta now with constant free updates for every collar. Always on. Always listening.
Zero sheep.
Zero acres.
Zero generations.
I put myself through Michigan State working four jobs. No connections. No safety net. Broke into Wall Street from a state school.
Investment banking. Private equity. 100-hour weeks. All to work toward my dream of ranching.
Built one of the largest regenerative hair sheep operations in North America. Thousands of breeding ewes. Guardian dogs. Dozens of center pivots. No barns. No grain. No excuses.
Made every mistake possible.
That's why I built HerdStreet.
I needed technology
that didn't exist.
Virtual fencing for guardian dogs with training to help young ones respect lambs. Health alerts that mean something, not "Activity: Low" when it's raining. Breeding intelligence so I know which ram bred which ewe and can cull the opens at peak holiday prices. Flock movement from anywhere without untangling polywire at 6 AM in -30°F wind.
I looked at every product on the market. Nothing worked. The only options were Norwegian and New Zealand companies backed by venture capital whose investors can't tell a sheep from a goat.
Features designed in a boardroom
are useless to ranchers. So I built it.
100+ inventions. Licensed patents.
All from the saddle.
I didn't set out to start another tech company. I set out to solve my own problems.
I wanted to graze more sheep per acre by moving them 2-3x per day, so I needed virtual fencing. Then I needed health alerts. Then breeding intelligence. Then a way to move sheep when I'm away from the ranch.
Every problem I solved
created the next one.
100+ inventions. Licensed patents. And I'm still finding new problems.
My guardian dogs wear these collars.
My flock depends on them.
I'm not building this from an office 4,000 miles away in Norway. I'm building it from the same ranch where my dogs patrol, my sheep graze, and I sleep.
-30°F winters. 105°F summers. 60 mph winds. Heavy clay soil.
If the collar doesn't work
on my ranch tonight,
it doesn't ship to yours tomorrow.
Good products
sell themselves.
There's a reason Apple never required a phone call to buy an iPhone.
Our goal was to design collars so good they sell themselves.
That's not how a rancher
sells to a rancher.
You see the price. You click the button. It shows up at your door.
Have a question? Call or text me anytime.
Know what ram bred what ewe.
The day. The time.
A virtual fence.
A health monitor.
A shepherd that never sleeps.

is preventable.

Common Questions
General
Where is HerdStreet based?+
Wyoming. Every product is designed, engineered, and manufactured in the United States.
Who owns HerdStreet?+
Thomas. First-generation rancher. No venture capital. No investors. No board of directors.
How do I get the app?+
When your collar ships, we'll send you a link to download the HerdStreet app directly to your phone. Works on iPhone and Android. No App Store needed. Set up your boundaries and connect your collar in minutes.
We're also submitting to the Apple App Store and Google Play this summer for an even easier download experience.
Do I need cell service on my ranch?+
Not on every acre. Collars talk to each other up to a quarter mile. If one collar has signal, they all share it. No service at all? Your phone connects directly up to 1,000 feet. Boundaries live on the collar. If every tower in the county goes dark, your animals stay put.
Do I need base stations or WiFi?+
No $15,000 base stations. Nothing to install. Nothing to mount. Nothing to plug in.
Do I need to charge the collars?+
Never. Solar powered. Put it on. Forget it exists.
What's the warranty?+

What if my solar panel gets damaged?+
We monitor every collar’s solar performance remotely. When output drops, we know before you do.

StayTrack
What breeds does StayTrack work on?+
Any livestock guardian dog. Great Pyrenees, Anatolian, Kangal, Maremma, Akbash, Komondor, and every crossbreed in between. If it guards livestock, StayTrack works.
How long does training take?+
Most dogs learn the boundary within days. The collar uses loud audio warnings before correction. Same principle your dog already learned from an electric fence.
Will it work through my dog's coat?+
Yes. The chain makes direct skin contact through even the thickest double coat. Gravity from the pendant presses the contact points into the fur. Designed for Great Pyrenees winter coat as the worst-case scenario.
Can I use one collar on multiple dogs?+
One collar per dog. Each collar tracks its own location and has its own boundary settings.
What if my dog goes through the boundary anyway?+
You get an instant alert on your phone with GPS location. The correction is livestock-grade, not a pet store buzz. The same correction as a newly installed electric fence. Your dog respects it.
How does the subscription work?+
$14.99/mo per collar. First month free. Service starts when your collar ships. No long-term contract. No prepaid annual requirement.
How hard is it to pause or cancel my subscription?+
It takes seconds in the app. One simple click of a button for each. Ready to resume? Start back up in seconds.
FlockTrack
How does FlockTrack compare to Others?+
Your flock learns the boundary in days, not weeks. Livestock-grade correction means every animal respects it. Solar powered so you never chase sheep to swap batteries. No charger to buy. No spare battery to buy. No certification required. No 5-collar minimum. $169 vs $357 when you add their charger and spare battery.
Does it work through wool?+
Yes. Our wool collar (sold separately) will be released December 2026. Prong links penetrate the thickest fleece. Gravity holds contact. Designed and tested on full-fleece wool breeds. Before then, simply shear your sheep around their necks.
Does it work on goats?+
Yes. Smooth chain for goats and hair sheep.
How many collars do I need?+
Every animal in the paddock needs a collar. An uncollared animal walks through any virtual fence.
How does the subscription work?+
$4/mo per collar. First month free. Service starts when your collar ships. No long-term contract. No prepaid annual requirement.
Can I pause the subscription in winter?+
Yes, a simple click of a button in the app can pause your collar's subscription in seconds.
How hard is it to pause or cancel my subscription?+
It takes seconds in the app. One simple click of a button for each. Ready to resume? Start back up in seconds.
