HerdStreet Sales and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at HerdStreet. We want you to have a great experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you're on herdstreet.com, using the HerdStreet app, or calling us directly.

By placing an order or making a purchase at HerdStreet, you agree to the terms below, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.


Return Policy

Pre-shipment cancellations. Orders with a future ship date can be canceled instantly — just log in to your account and cancel from your order page, or reach us at support@herdstreet.com or (307) 429-8878. You'll receive a full refund automatically.

Returns after delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to support@herdstreet.com, call (307) 429-8878, or simply log in to initiate a return.

Then, box your items up and send them back to us. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with the hardware and documentation. Please send items back in new condition.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Please note:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all included parts, accessories, documentation, and packaging.
  • Products that have been physically damaged, modified, or disassembled by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Collar devices that have been activated on a subscription and used on livestock for more than 7 days may be subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Subscription Cancellation

HerdStreet subscriptions may be canceled at any time. There is no long-term contract or commitment required. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

Collar devices will continue to function in a limited capacity without an active subscription. GPS tracking, virtual fencing, health monitoring, and other connected features require an active subscription.


Pricing

HerdStreet reserves the right to change prices for products and subscriptions at any time, and to correct pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

All prices shown on the Site are in U.S. dollars. If you pay with an international card, the price may fluctuate with exchange rates and your card issuer may charge foreign conversion fees.


Order Acceptance

HerdStreet may refuse or cancel any order and may limit order quantities. We may require additional information prior to accepting any order. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — we are confirming that we received your order. HerdStreet reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time for any reason. If HerdStreet cancels an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.


Pre-Orders

Certain products may be available for pre-order before they are ready to ship. Pre-order items will ship on or before the estimated ship date listed at the time of purchase. If a pre-order shipment is delayed, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before the item ships.

Pre-orders that include promotional items (such as complimentary devices or accessories) that have already been shipped are subject to the following: if a pre-order is canceled or refunded prior to collar shipment, the refund will be reduced by the retail value of any promotional items already shipped and delivered.


Shipping and Delivery

Please review the shipping information on the Site to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased. Since delivery can be impacted by events beyond HerdStreet's control once products leave our facilities, HerdStreet cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you when you or a person designated by you acquires physical possession of the products.


Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and supply constraints of some products, HerdStreet may limit the number available for purchase and reserves the right to change the available quantity at any time, even after you place an order. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, HerdStreet will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.


Warranty

HerdStreet collar devices are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, improper installation, exposure to conditions beyond the product's specifications, normal wear and tear, damage caused by livestock, severe weather events, accidental damage, loss, or theft.

If a collar device fails under warranty, contact support@herdstreet.com or call (307) 429-8878. We will, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective product.

HerdStreet does not provide insurance or cover for damage resulting from severe weather conditions, accidental damage, loss, or theft. HerdStreet recommends that customers insure their collar hardware for loss under their farm insurance policy.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.


End-User Livestock Producers Only

HerdStreet sells and ships products to end-user livestock producers only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we reasonably believe products are being purchased for resale, competitive analysis, reverse engineering, benchmarking, or any purpose other than the management of the purchaser's own livestock.

This includes orders placed by or on behalf of any competitor, or any officer, director, employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or affiliate of a competitor, in the virtual fencing, livestock tracking, livestock health monitoring, or precision livestock management industry.

HerdStreet reserves the right to investigate any order and to request verification that the purchaser is a bona fide livestock producer. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded at HerdStreet's sole discretion.


U.S. Sales and Shipping

HerdStreet currently accepts orders from and ships to addresses within the United States only.
